The honeycomb ceramic can be used as the heat exchange media, which is a new-developing industrial ceramic,honeycomb ceramic heat accumulation substrate has low heat expansion coefficient, large surface area, good heat stability and anticorrosion. Such products are widely applied in rubbish incinerator, industrial waster gas disposal and high temperature storage and exchange for metallurgy, chemical and construction material industries.Typical applications:high temperature heat accumulation and exchange in industrial waste gas treatment for metallurgical,chemical and construction material industries

The honeycomb ceramic as heat exchange media is the major part for HTAC( High Temperature Atmosphere Combustion) technology in industrial kiln. The advantages for using honeycomb ceramic as heat exchange media are for HTAC technology as below:
 1.Low thermal value blast furnace coal gas can be used
 2.More than 40% energy can be saved
 3.More than 50% polluted materials in released smoke can be reduced.
The material for heat exchange media honeycomb ceramic can be cordierite, mullite ceramic, alumina, aluminum titanate etc. Customer can choose the suitable materials according to its application.
